Lotus Love Beauty products are hand made with love. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. All of our products are hand crafted in small batches to assure that we deliver fresh products to your door. Every effort is made to maintain the consistency of our products, however, the texture, scent, color and size may vary slightly from batch to batch as the natural ingredients we use may have a subtle shift in nuance from batch to batch. That’s the beauty of natural oils and ingredients!

Our shipping and handling charges are as follows:
Within the continental US:

Due to the hand made nature of our products orders can take up to 10 business days to be made, processed and shipped from our studio in San Diego, California. Bulk orders may require additional time. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order, as we are unable to change the shipping address once it has left our studio. Within the continental United States please allow 3-10 business days for delivery from the day it ships (sometimes longer for Hawai'i and Alaska). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped — it will include your order number, shipping method and tracking number. Please email us in advance if you would like to arrange for a signature to be required upon delivery (we can request this service for an additional charge). Lotus Love Beauty will aid to facilitate lost package searches and insurance claims but are not responsible for missing/ stolen packages that show as delivered. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on orders that are returned to Lotus Love Beauty after 3 delivery attempts, as well as any additional outgoing shipping fees to reship. Please note that Lotus Love Beauty does not ship to some Post Office boxes. We will reach out to you if an alternate address is needed. At this time 3 day, 2nd day air, overnight and International shipping are not an option on the website, however, special arrangements may be made at an additional charge by emailing or calling with that request. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail if there is any anticipated delay. We do not send out packages on weekends.

Tax
Packages shipped within the state of California are charged a 7.75% sales tax along with your city and San Diego city taxes.
